Wir suchen jemanden, der Lust hat, für eine große Amazon-Marke im Haushaltsbereich TikTok Shop, Creator Growth und eigene Content-Produktion als neuen Kanal aufzubauen.
Du arbeitest direkt mit Founder & Geschäftsführung und übernimmst operativ alles rund um Setup, Strategie, Creator Management, Content Creation und Performance-Auswertung.
Keine klassische Social-Media-Rolle. Wir suchen jemanden, der Dinge umsetzt, testet, Content produziert und einen neuen Kanal wirklich nach vorne bringt.
Aufgaben
Du baust TikTok Shop operativ mit auf, von Shop-Setup und Produktlistings über Kanalstrategie, Creator Management und Sample-Koordination bis hin zur eigenen Erstellung von Shortform-Content.
Dazu gehören die Recherche und Ansprache passender Creator, die Koordination von Samples und Briefings, die Entwicklung neuer Videoformate sowie das Filmen, Erstellen und Testen einfacher Produktvideos.
Du entwickelst Hooks, Skripte und Content-Ideen, setzt diese selbst oder gemeinsam mit Creatorn um und erkennst schnell, welche Formate funktionieren.
Außerdem beobachtest du Trends und Wettbewerber, nutzt moderne AI-Tools für schnellere Content-Produktion und baust einfache Prozesse, damit aus Tests schnell Learnings entstehen.
Du wertest Content-, Creator- und Kanal-Performance aus und leitest daraus ab, welche Videos, Produkte, Creator und Formate weiter skaliert werden sollten.
Qualifikation
Du verstehst TikTok, Reels und Shortform-Content und hast Bock auf E-Commerce, Creator, Growth und Content-Produktion.
Du arbeitest schnell, pragmatisch und eigenständig. Du kannst Creator anschreiben, follow-uppen und hast ein gutes Gefühl für Hooks, Content-Ideen und Online-Trends.
Wichtig ist: Du willst nicht nur koordinieren, sondern auch selbst Content erstellen, einfache Produktvideos produzieren, Formate testen und daraus lernen.
Gleichzeitig bist du strukturiert genug, um Shop, Samples, Creator, Content und Reporting parallel zu koordinieren.
Erfahrung mit TikTok Shop, Creator Management, UGC, Affiliate, Amazon, Shopify oder Performance Marketing ist ein Plus.
Wichtiger sind Drive, Lernkurve und der Wille, Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
